How do I place an order?

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us at sunglassesluxury@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping within the USA and Europe.

How long will my order take to arrive?
USA orders: approx. 7 business days
Europe orders: approx. 15 business days
International orders: depends on location; rates and times will appear at checkout.

What is your return policy?
You can return any unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How do I request a refund?
Email us at sunglassesluxury@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Yes, all our sunglasses are equipped with 100% UV400 protection to shield your eyes from harmful rays.

Do you offer prescription lenses?
At this time, we do not offer prescription lenses, but we are working on expanding our options in the future.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and access order history more easily.
